To Users of the DDST Printer Driver

To avoid a newly discovered page counting issue affecting the DDST printer driver, please contact your service representative or original point of purchase for further assistance. This is particularily important if you are participating in the Meter Click service contract.


What is the issue?

An extra blank page is added to the end of duplex jobs with an odd number of pages. This blank page is counted in the printer page counter. If a Watermark is applied to the job, it will be printed on the added blank page.

Checking your driver version

The version of the driver is shown in the "About" window.
To access the "About" window, open the driver's "Properties" and click the "About" button in "Configuration".
DDST Driver is an our unique name for GDI Printer Driver.
